Who We Are
Our mission is to find and foster the next generation of leaders in the Shoals. We are a dedicated group of young professionals in the Shoals area working to create opportunities for growth, socialization, and community enhancement.
Formerly known as NextGen Shoals, we have rebranded as Shoals Young Professionals. We are an entity of the Shoals Chamber of Commerce and with their guidance, seek out innovative ways to bridge the gap and get other young professionals plugged in!
What We Do
We host creative networking opportunities to bring young professionals together to create friendships, professional relationships, and a stronger, more connected community.
We work with local businesses to share their story with the Shoals and more.
We represent young people in the Shoals by sharing about the quality of life and opportunities here to prospective residents outside the area, in tandem with the Shoals Chamber and the Shoals EDA.
We invest in our local community by hosting important education events and initiatives.
